1x lite ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online gaming and Sports Betting service provider. Our offerings include Sports Betting, Live Casino, lottery, scratch cards, and a range of other gaming products.

These Terms & Conditions apply to the following individuals:

• Anyone who visits the 1x lite website or app
• Anyone who opens an account with 1x lite
• Anyone using any game or betting service
• Anyone participating in a promotion or bonus

1x lite reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be sent to your registered email address or posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To open an account with 1x lite, the following conditions must be met:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. Documentation may be requested to verify your age.
• One Account: Each individual may only hold one account. Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and all other required details at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any winnings.
• Password: Keeping your account secure is your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, you may be asked to provide a national ID, passport, or other identity documents. Some services may be restricted until verification is complete.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on 1x lite:

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum limit is determined by your account tier.
• Only deposit from a Mobile Pay, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made using a third-party payment method will be returned and the account will be subject to review.
• No additional charges apply to deposits. However, your payment provider's own fees may apply.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is completed.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes. Larger amounts may take up to 24 hours.
• Suspicious transactions may be investigated in accordance with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy.

1x lite offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

General Bonus Terms:

• Wagering Requirement: For most bonuses, you must wager between 10x and 30x the bonus amount before withdrawing. The specific multiplier is stated on each bonus page.
• Duration: Bonuses must generally be used within 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for specific games or betting markets. This will be stated in the details of each bonus.
• Maximum Bet: A maximum stake of ৳500 per bet may be placed from bonus balance, unless otherwise stated.

Reasons for Bonus Cancellation:

• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts
• Placing bets in violation of bonus terms
• Suspected Fraudulent Activity
• Providing false information during registration

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.
• Bet cancellation requests may be submitted before an event begins, though approval is not guaranteed.
• 1x lite reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous odds.
• Bets will be investigated if match-fixing or unusual betting patterns are suspected.

Prohibited activities:

• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Arbitrage betting or bonus abuse
• Claiming bonus benefits using multiple accounts
• Exploiting incorrect odds or system errors
• Attempting to access another member's account

1x lite may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breaching any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Registering with false information
• If fraudulent transactions or betting activity is proven
• Where there is suspicion of money laundering or financial crime
• If age verification fails or the user is below the minimum age requirement
• By order of a court or government authority

You may request account closure at any time. Requests will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before closure, provided no breach of the Terms & Conditions has occurred.

If fraud is proven or a serious breach of the Terms & Conditions occurs, balances and rewards may be forfeited.

1x lite believes gaming should be entertaining, not a burden. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

Our Responsible Gaming Tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set your daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a limit on how much you can lose within a given time period.
• Session Limits: Set a limit on how long you can play in a single session.

• Self-Exclusion: You can exclude yourself from the platform for a period of 6 months to 5 years.

In the event of a dispute over bet outcomes, 1x lite's server logs shall serve as the final authority. If a technical error is confirmed, the affected bet will be voided or adjusted accordingly.

1x lite reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Reasons for changes may include:

• Legal or Regulatory Changes
• Addition of new services or features to the platform
• Security requirements or fraud prevention needs
• Changes to Business Policy

For significant changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given before they take effect. For immediate security or legal updates, changes may take effect without prior notice.
